In this fast moving modern world, it becomes necessary to teach the positive psychology to cultivate positive thinking in the minds of youngsters.

It prevents depression and anxiety in children’s and adults.

Positive psychology is "the scientific study of what makes life most worth living", or "the scientific study of positive human functioning and flourishing on multiple levels that include the biological, personal, relational, institutional, cultural, and global dimensions of life".

The Harvard University, the most prestigious universities in the world, teaches Positive Psychology.

The most popular class taught by Ben Shahar attracts 1400 students per semester and 20% of Harvard graduates take this elective course.

Low self-confidence and lack of faith are two main culprits in making life miserable.

In my early days, I lacked in confidence and struggled to believe in myself. But I didn’t lose faith in God and my life’s purpose.

Soon I found by fortitude in prayers and began to realize my inner powers and abilities.

Prayers have the power to heal our heart and soul.

I got transformed from the one who feared to one who believed in life.

For me, Sir Charlie Chaplin life was such an inspiration to overcome my fears and lack of motivation.

His life helped me to realize that self-confidence can be learned and practiced like any other skill.

His famous quote Nothing is permanent in this wicked world – not even our troubles”, taught me a new perspective on life.

When I traveled to a land of the unknown for my first job, I only had faith in God and courage in my heart.

Those two things helped me to the life of uncertainty and molded me as a strong individual.

We all come across those difficult stages of life and lose faith easily.

But friends if you believe in yourself hold on, the clouds will pass by and the rays of sunshine (Hope) will fall on you.

My long-term goal and dream are to make the people around me to realize the purpose of our beautiful journey i.e. Life.


I can see a lot of youngster’s waste their life and lose their dream without proper guidance and support.


The lack of guidance plays a major spoilsport and makes kids aggressive and volatile. If we don’t understand the meaning of life, fear grips into us and our self-confidence drop drastically.


My dear friend’s self-confidence and self-esteem are the two pillars of success in life.


What is Life?


 Life in simple terms is the collection of experience, experienced by us.


Fresh and vibrant


If our experiences are good, we say life is good and if our experiences are bad, we cry life is bad and cruel towards us.

Then, what makes the experience?


Experience is the mixture of ingredient and the process.


Even if we all get the same ingredient, only some of us succeed in life and only a few people reach the top echelons.


The success formula is very simple my dear friends, very simple!


The one who learns the process knows how to use the ingredients to succeed in life. He or She excels in everything they do, there is no stopping them.


Unfortunately, no one teaches the process to succeed in life and most of the times we have to learn on our own. This makes life boring and frustrating.


If we compete with an artist in a painting competition, we all know who will win.


The reason is the artist knows the process of painting; the artist can visualize it in his mind and delivers the masterpiece on time.


If we learn the process, we will learn to enjoy the life and celebrate its every moment.


The beauty of life is, it provides many opportunities to choose what we will love to do for our living, but still we fail to make the choice of our liking.


If we make the right choice, if we choose to do what we love, we will learn the process quickly and effortlessly.


Evan Spiegel while studying product design at Stanford University proposed the idea of a self-deleting photo messaging app (originally dubbed Picaboo) as a class project. With fellow co-founders and classmates Bobby Murphy and Reggie Brown, the trio released Snapchat in 2011. The popular app quickly scaled up in size and popularity, most recently valued at nearly $20 billion.


If we read the life of top achievers, they will be the quick learners of the process and make the best out of it.


They will be ready to unlearn and relearn the process to re-skill themselves required for their job; this unique trait allows them to achieve success in life.


The continuous learning gives them many good experiences which improve their quality of life.


If we introspect the meaning of life, the purpose of existence and enjoy what we do then success will conquer us.
