In the last 3 months, the world is witnessing a lot of changes which are unprecedented and drastic to many of us.
The Covid-19 which started as epidemic has now showing its dreadful face across the continents as a severe pandemic.
Governments, its leaders and their healthcare workers are working round the clock to save their people against the deadly Corona virus.
Researchers and Scientist are tirelessly working to create vaccine and cure to save millions of lives.
In order to prevent Corona Virus from spreading and creating havoc, Indian Government has announced the lock down for 21 days.
We has a socially responsible citizens should follow the government orders and adhere to lock down rules as no medicine has been found yet to stop the Virus.
If we don’t follow the rules and roam freely in the roads, we are making our family vulnerable that will make your neighborhood vulnerable, which in turn will make the city vulnerable and finally will make the country vulnerable like a Domino effect. In Italy people made the same mistake and now they are struggling to contain the impact of Corona Virus.Italy's has exceeded 10,000 Corona virus deaths.

When I see people on roads and in television going to markets without following proper safety measures and not following social distancing it really pain me immensely.
They are totally ignorant and are not aware that they are risking the lives of their family, the front line health workers, municipal corporation workers, and volunteers and in turn putting millions of people at risk.
As a responsible citizen let’s follow the protocols and measure taken by the government.

- Stay at Home
- Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing as they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus.
- Follow good respiratory hygiene.
- Cover your nose and mouth with disposable tissue while coughing or sneezing.
- Eat healthy; take adequate Vitamin C to boost your immunity. Bromelain in pineapple help greatly to improve your immunity.
- Get adequate sleep and some fresh air and sunlight daily
- Stay calm and take care of your mental health
- Wash your hands frequently with hand wash or soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Stay out of overcrowded public places.
- Follow the local authority order to get the essential items from the kirana or general stores.
- Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth so avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
- If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately. Helpline Numbers Instead of following social media, follow advice given by your healthcare provider, your national and local public health authority or your employer on how to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.
- Avoid participating in large gatherings.
- Routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces like tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, and sinks

- Having close contact with anyone if you are experiencing fever or cough.
- Spitting in public places Don’t dispose used napkins and tissue in open places
- Hugging, kissing and shaking hands while greeting family, friends or associates
- Without properly washing hands touching nose, eyes or mouth
- Don’t panic if you have any symptoms, stay calm and call the government helpline number.
- Don’t take antibiotics; antibiotics only work against bacteria
